Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TrackMailBox website and Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by Nomos Insights LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

TrackMailBox is an email tracking service that allows users to track when their emails are opened and when links within emails are clicked. The Service includes:

• A Chrome browser extension for Gmail integration
• A web dashboard for viewing email analytics and tracking data
• Real-time notifications for email opens and link clicks
• API access for authenticated users

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Ensuring your use of email tracking complies with your organization's policies

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
