Will recipients know I'm tracking emails?

No. TrackMailBox is completely invisible to recipients. We don't add any signatures, logos, or labels to your emails. The tracking pixel is hidden and undetectable to anyone receiving your emails.

How does email tracking work?

We add a tiny invisible tracking pixel (1x1 transparent image) to your emails. When the recipient opens the email, the pixel loads and we notify you instantly. For link tracking, we replace your links with tracked versions that redirect through our servers.

Do I need a Gmail account?

Yes, TrackMailBox is designed specifically for Gmail and Google Workspace. It works as a Chrome extension that integrates directly into your Gmail interface. Support for other email providers may be added in the future.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Your email content is never stored on our servers - we only track metadata like open times and click events.
